  1.            BULLETIN SELECTION HELP

  3. To select a bulletin for reading, simply use
  4. the cursor keys to highlight the desired
  5. bulletin and then press ENTER.  Optionally,
  6. you may "click" on the desired bulletin with
  7. the left mouse button.
  8.  
  9. Paging through a large bulletin list is
  10. possible by pressing PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN.
  11. Also, the arrow keys will cause the display to
  12. scroll up/down as necessary.
  13.  
  14. Pressing ESCAPE will exit bulletin selection
  15. and return you to the packet's main menu.
